The Association of Latino Professionals in Finance and Accounting (ALPFA) is the leading Latino professional organization dedicated to enhancing opportunities for CPAs, accountants, and other finance related professionals and students, while expanding Latino leadership in the global workforce. ALPFA provides many programs and benefits to aspiring students interested in accounting, finance or related career professions. Benefits of student membership include access to scholarship opportunities, skills development workshops, networking with key hiring professionals and sponsors, and discounts on various ALPFA events. Membership is open to anyone who shares our values, mission, and principles.

Johnson & Johnson is working collaboratively with the ALPFA New Jersey Chapter to enhance the effectiveness of student chapters on campus by selecting two students to attend the 2008 ALPFA National Convention in Phoenix, Arizona. The sponsorship will include roundtrip airfare, hotel and registration. Most importantly, it will provide a great opportunity for the recipients to network and return to campus with best practices on how to grow successful campus chapters.
